Mommy's Little Helper

Emily has started to show interest in helping around the house now. She loves to help me load the dishwasher, do laundry and even vacuum. I was vacuuming the other day and she wanted to help so bad. She couldn't really push the big vaccum, so I got out the dust buster for her. She LOVED it! Here she is, mt big helper.

Growing up!

We went to my nephews graduation dinner this weekend. I can't believe he is going to college now! We are so proud of him, and he is going to be an AGGIE. Whoop! Anyway we got some great pics of the the kids. They are so cute and growing up way too fast :)

Toddler Bed.

Well, Miss Emily has moved on to a toddler bed! She had started climbing out of her crib and greeting me in the morning with a smile DOWNSTAIRS. So, we decided it was time for the toddler bed. We were a little concerned with how she would do, and how many times she was going to get up. Last night was the first night, and she was WONDERFUL. We put her to bed, read a book and said a prayer closed the door and waited. Waiting....Waiting.... waiting...NOTHING. I go in to check on her and she was out. We are sooo lucky to have such ans angel.

We went to Dallas this weekend for our Godson's baptism. The Gateley's live in Portland, so we don't get to see them very much. They have family in Dallas, so we got to stay with them all weekend! We had a great time visiting with everyone!

Mother Daughter Spa Day!

Emily and I went to a spa day at our church today. We had a great time. Emily got to have her nails painted, feet massaged, and she got to make jewelry. She had so much fun!!! They had a bathtub filled with balloons for pictures. She LOVED playing in it as you can see.
